Singapore Changi (SIN) is one of Asia's primary hubs, connected to most major international cities.
Most attendees will arrive at Singapore Changi Airport (SIN). The airport is approximately 25 minutes from the conference venue by taxi or 40 minutes by MRT.
Singapore has an extensive MRT (subway) network. The conference venue is directly served by Bayfront MRT station. Single trips cost SGD 1.50–2.50; consider an EZ-Link card for multi-day stays.
Singapore offers visa-free entry to citizens of many countries. Requirements depend on your nationality.
Citizens of most countries (including the US, EU, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea) can enter Singapore visa-free for stays up to 30 or 90 days.

Registered attendees can request a letter of invitation for visa purposes. Email visa@air2026.org with your name, registration confirmation, and passport details.
Singapore offers accommodation across all price points within walking distance or a short MRT ride from the venue.
The organizing committee has reserved blocks of rooms at preferential rates at several hotels near Marina Bay. Booking codes will be made available to registered attendees.
