AIR 2026 invites contributions across eight technical tracks covering the full breadth of AI and robotics research.
The conference seeks original research contributions advancing the state of the art in artificial intelligence as applied to robotic systems. Both theoretical and empirical contributions are welcome.
See the eight technical tracks for detailed topics. Submissions outside listed topics that are relevant to AI and robotics are also welcome — contact the program chairs in advance.
All deadlines are 23:59 Anywhere on Earth (AoE).
Use the official LaTeX or Word template (linked below). Manuscripts must adhere to the 8-page limit excluding references. Figures, tables, and acknowledgments count toward the page limit.
Submissions are handled through OpenReview. Create an account if you don't have one, then submit through the AIR 2026 venue page.
Submissions undergo single-blind review by at least three reviewers from the relevant track. Authors will receive reviews and a decision by 15 September 2026.
Authors will have a one-week window to respond to reviewer concerns before the final decision is made.
Accepted papers must be revised based on reviewer feedback and submitted as camera-ready by 15 October 2026. At least one author must register for the conference for the paper to appear in proceedings.
For full details on formatting, citations, and supplementary material, see the author guidelines document.
